    Spinach is high oxalates - bad. Almonds are high oxalates - bad. Cholesterol irrelevant of HDL / LDL ratio does not cause atherosclerosis. It is good to get that lie across because it is great for the sales of statins = profits = share dividends = happy shareholders.
