What is Appwrite? How to use Appwrite in Next.js?
มุมมอง 33410 หลายเดือนก่อน
If you don't know how to write restful APIs for your project, it's for you guys. You don't need to write any backend code for your projects. You'll have authentication system, database, serverless functions, and storage. I've been using it for my side projects for a while. I can say that it's a really good way to prototype the ideas quickly without spending time on writing backend code. Hope yo...
This is undoubtedly the best appwrite auth video I've seen so far on TH-cam. Quick Note for some of us who are just trying out appwrite. I think they've changed the account.createEmailSession() to account.createEmailPasswordSession(). I tried the createEmailSession() and I kept on getting errors until I typed account.creat without completing it to see the suggestions it gives me. And then, I saw createEmailPasswordSession(). I tried it and it worked for me. @Coding with Sela Please review this for us if you've got the time. Thank you.
Your tutorials are amazing. Please don't stop making them. The way you teach is really easy to understand and I love it. Quick advice from a fellow TH-camr. 1. Always zoom into your VSCode at least times 2. Just do ctr and + or cmd and +, just so that it is easy to read very well even on mobile phones. 2. Don't let subs and comments stops you from recording and posting new contents. Just know that people like me are out there who loves your contents each and every single time. 3. Sometimes, try to make the same contents with JavaScript for some others who are just starting up in JavaScript. I am a typescript person myself, but this is so that you can get people who are just starting up too. Majority starts up with JavaScript and not TypeScript. Overall, your contents are amazing and you've earned myself as a subscriber. I will also recommend some of my students who are just starting up to follow you too. Keep up the good work bro.
Thank you so much for your comment and advices 🙏 I'll try to make more content 😊🚀
Glad you made it

yet another supabase-like saas offering?
even though there are some differences between them, calling it a supabase-like saas offering won't be wrong I believe. I also tried Supabase a few months ago and I can say that somehow Appwrite made me feel more comfortable. I can't compare them in detail since I did not build a production-ready product using them honestly. But I'm building a mobile app using Appwrite nowadays. So maybe I can tell more about Appwrite once it's completed 🙌
Thank you for the great explanation!
This man it will take over the software industry
Best developer ever!
