pointless 23 second long video with completely inaccurate info for older model printer. even with the printer plugged into the laptop it claims it's offline but will let me print. SMH but nothing more to actually know what's happening when the printer just doesn't put anything on the paper anymore. the obvious question is what is the printer level?! but my old laptop that is antiquated shows me the printer ink levels. SMH
