Moin, hab das mit 2 Muttern gemacht. Hab die gegeneinander gekontert und dann gingen die raus.

Wir rum muss diese neue Dichtung eingebaut werden? Hab einmal eine glänzende Seite und einmal eine raue/grauer Seite...
Also meine Dichtung hatte nur eine Einbauposition, eventuell in einer mitgelieferten Einbauanleitung nachschauen oder auf der Internetseite des Herstellers schauen.
That tube that connects to the engine block and then the turbo on the underside, is that some kind of breather? Mine is dripping water, not much.

I see manifolds for sale separate of the turbo? Can the turbo be taken off manifold via that stud band clip in middle
That should actually work, but I haven’t tried it out. Since I got mine for a good price I had no interest in doing that.
@@marcsrepairsmaintenancesho4779 I looked into it and it can from what I see but it requires the pins inside to line up and it can be troublesome with years of heat on it

Hello at the end did u say fill the turbo with oil on te oil supply place?
Yes since it’s not filled with oil, it would run for a few seconds without oil. So you can prevent damage.
Do u also bleed the coolant system after?

At least it is all nice and easy to get to, incredibly rare for a VAG engine.. Good video very clear.
Muss die Druckdose nicht neu eingestellt werden? Woher haben sie den neuen Turbolader gekauft?
Das ist korrekt, habe ich jedoch nicht gefilmt. Hab ich im Internet bestellt, bei einer Firma die sich auf das Überholen von Turboladern spezialisiert hat.
@@marcsrepairsmaintenancesho4779 Hallo Marc bei meinem Golf 6 tsi sammelt sich Öl in den ansaugkrummer man hat mir gesagt das es an den turbolader liegt, was kannst du mir emphelen komplett neues turbolader oder ein (überholtest turbolader wenn ja dann wo kannst du da eine seite empfehlen) LG
What was wrong with old turbocharger?
My exhaust manifold was cracked and since it’s one unit (turbocharger and exhaust manifold) I had to exchange it.
Mein Auspuffkrümmer hatte einen Riss und da musste ich bei einer Einheit (Turbolader und Auspuffkrümmer) tauschen . Hast du komplett neue turbolader gekauft was hat es gekostet. Lg
