Horror story .... okay Naman staff nila..yung OWNER at OPERATIONS MANGER nila ang napaka unprofessional..I'm calling out OM Shy. .. imagine 2 am nawalan Ng kuryente ( overload breaker nila Kasi naka jumper ).. wla ginawa aksyon ang management .. from 2 am to 4 am wla Sila ginawa...naisipan nila kami ilipat sa ibang resort ..eh anung Oras na..ang tagal Ng desisyon...tsaka heto pa...napag alaman namin na okay Naman pla yung villa 2 Nila sa katabi lang Ng villa 1...eh bkit hndi nila kmi nilipat dun??? dun pa kmi gusto ilipat sa malayo .hellooooowwww 4 am ililipat mo kmi sa malayo..puyat na mga ksma ko .... almost 10 a.m. na na restore Yung kuryente ..nasira foods namin for lunch sna.. tapos Yung mga ksma ko at boss ko eh umuwi na Ng maaga...di na kmi nakapag enjoy.... naawa Ako sa Kasama ko na nag coordinate saknila...pinag antay nila ..ni Hindi tumawag Yung owner at Operations Manager nila to offer or to settle the issue ..owner ka Ng negosyo .1st thing in the morning dpat tatawagan mo client mo ..knowing na may issue resort nyo...kaso ang ginawa pa...ni-block pa ninyo Yung kasma ko sa Messenger para di makapag message sainyo...Tama ba yun???napaka unprofessional ninyo... we demanding for refund Kasi di na kmi nakinabang sa resort.....every year kmi na nag re rent Ng resort Jan sa calamba laguna..ito lang ang sumablay..napaka Ganda sna Ng Lugar ..owner at operations manager ang bulok ... grabe na stress Yung ksma ko sakanila.. we are not recommending this resort to anyone .. 😞 😞 worst worst management .. beware of this resort...👎👎👎 si Lord na Bahala sainyo...

pick up is no longer available. you did not show us the self arrange.

actually this pick up option is no longer available. you only have two options, either drop off or self arrange. the drop off is painful and hard especially to me that lives in mountain. the self arrange is scary because sometimes it can be faulty and first is travel fair which will not be paid btw, there is no tracking for self arrange as well. I never have tried self arrange. and I don't know if they will pick up or not or if the shopee will pay the return shipment for real or they are bluffing and it may give me longer headaches and ff-ups. and i don't know if the self arrage will work perfectly. Like when a seller sent me incomplete, she said just refund it, but when i tried it I did not received any refund and i got tired of ff-ups and headaches that I just let it go. It's same when I am taking my back pay the company will give me a hardtime too much ff-ups and paid phone calls and it takes a few months but i still can't get my back pay. untill I finally gave up because I am spending on ff-ups as well. I also inputed my bank account number when shopee app has that stupid option but nope, nothing happened zero, i didn't got anything in my account. two sellers did it. Now I am hesitating about self arrange coz there is no tracking and it says once I click that option I can never change it that is also not good. What if that option will not pick up as well? what if that option is also bad choice.
