Making jerky the easy way on any cooker you like!
Detailed instructions on how to make jerky in the most economic fashion using regular household items. In this video I used Hi Mountain Seasonings, which is inexpensive, easy to obtain and makes very good jerky. I used a pellet smoker (RECTEQ RT-700), but you can use and oven or a dehydrator. I also recommend the best cuts of meat to use and give my opinion on using curing salt.
