    Have a 310B with the rear hoe working and outriggers working but the front bucket hardley any response with throttle way up...any ideas anyone? Maybe both filters and screen? A lot of chatter with it prior to the very little response... maybe part in the front bucket valve assy, oring deterioration???

      @@Adirondacks4me I’m no expert in hydro but how’s your fluid level? Mine chatters when the fluid gets low. Those are big cylinders in the front and if they leak they might be air bound. Could be wrong. Are you seeping fluid?

    • @Adirondacks4me
      @Adirondacks4me 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Aaronzap15 No leaking, fluid level fine. I've been researching and think maybe a relief valve in the loader control body may be at fault. There appears to be one on top and bottom. Suspect pressure can't build enough from one of those relief valves dumping fluid back to the reservoir. There are o-rings involved which hopefully can be replaced with ones that meet high pressure conditions. I think I'm dealing with the 1500 psi parts. P/N for the lower relief valve is AU40528, upper is AU40752..?

    • @Aaronzap15
      @Aaronzap15 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Adirondacks4me it’s hard to say what the problem is but simple machines are fixable. It might be your injector pump getting clogged. There is the check valve on the top that gets full of crap . You ever check it?

    • @Adirondacks4me
      @Adirondacks4me 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Aaronzap15 Never checked any of these loader block valves before but suspect that the two relief valves are one for bucket lift and other for bucket tilt, could be either one at this point failing to let pressure build. The rear hoe and down riggers are fine so the main pump and associated parts are probably fine. Will see how the o-rings look on removal of both... Hopefully an easy repair with proper o-rings made for pressure and not deteriorating in hydraulic fluid.. we'll see?

    I think you came up with a great start for an efficient screening system. I'm no expert, in fact I'm watching this to learn from you so take my thoughts about it with a grain of salt. First thing is I think a steeper angle would help remedy the larger rocks piling up. Second thing is if the chain link didn't behave like a metal fishing net it would be close to perfect. Maybe if you had a way to make the center of the fence bulge upwards with a pole or post pushing upward. Think of the rocks as water. Right now the screen is acting like a bowl but it would be beneficial to act like an umbrella. That would probably be worth a try for simplicity's sake as opposed to a major redesign. Either way thanks for the video and the inspiration to try it myself in the future.

    A couple of ideas that might make your bundling easier; Add a board or a piece of plywood to one end of the rack so you can push the firewood up flush, making the bundle neater. If you move the cross supports that hold up the wood towards the 'outside', which would be between the uprights, not inside them, you will give yourself more clearance for the wrapping. You can use the standard 18: wide stretch wrap rolls and cut them in half with a band saw or sawzall then you can put the wrap on faster and stronger. You can also make labels for your wood and put them under the last layer of wrap.

      Those are definitely great ideas! I’m always looking to improve my product. I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks

    Ouch I'm surprised you even got it to run, nowadays with ethanol in the gas usually it's no good after sitting one year and really doesn't number on the carburetors😮, did you clean the tank in the carburetors out and run fresh gas in it I'm sure it'll start and run off idle a lot better 😉!!

      I cleaned the tank which it was clean and did clean the carbs as well . I think it was the carbs needed to be synced and tuned in better

    As an ophthomologist assistant, I want to stress the addition of eye protection to your safety list! 😂 Ear protection, even with smaller saws, also wouldn't hurt.
