Dying Light Easter Egg
มุมมอง 78 ปีที่แล้ว
Just a short walkthrough of how to find one of the easter eggs in Dying Light.
I was going to purchase one of these but this poor design is the reason I got the Glock
thinking I might try this on my OG xd, been having issues lately
This looks the business! I'll try to remember in a day or two to thank you if it helps.
I have wanted to change out my extractor for some time but couldn't figure how to get it pryed out in such a narrow space. Paint lid opener was genius! Thanks for the info.
Did nobody notice the shaking? Please sir, get checked for Parkinsons or another nervous condition.
I think my extractor on my XDS 45 is bad. Too many stovepipes, failure to extract, failure to feed, etc. Gonna try to replace it myself with your tool. Thanks for the tip!
Great vid. Was having the same problem I and have the exact same slide from dv8 (that took 9 months to get). Thanks!
My dv8 was initially what I thought was a covid delay, but after my experience with their lack of communication and about the same time frame for delivery the second time, I cannot recommend this company. There were machining issues that prevented cycling so I had to send it back. I'm glad this worked for you.
Thanks for the info, you ROCK!
You sir... Are a fuckin genius!!! Definitely using this method next detailed cleaning on my xdm .45....
Very helpful! Cheers.
Do you have to disassemble the firing pin and everything else in order to take the extractor out or can you just take the extractor out. My extractor broke and I want to replace it.
Nope. The extractor is exposed as soon as you take the slide off. No need for any other disassembly.
@@billkeenan1085 thank you. Your the best!
Awesome 👍, thanks.
Thanks for the video. Luckily I had a paint lid opener already and it made quick and easy work of removing my XD extractor.
Thank you for the video. Very helpful
th-cam.com/video/aMgSNnoMlOo/w-d-xo.html Bill not knocking what you did here and thanks . I got and opener and yeah I could make it work. They stamp these things out and mine looked like it was gonna be more work to modify than what you did - but I though of another tool and it worked ... putting my vid link here for other guys ... I'm not making any money on my site ... yours has been around for a while so though if some one comes by maybe this would help .. thanks
Excellent information brother. And that slide you bought looks absolutely brilliant. Would really like to hear about how it performs, as well as any other modifications you may have done.
The new slide is currently back at the manufacturer. They're addressing some milling issues that may be related to my early original XD. That said, I have had some trouble with their communication regarding getting this so I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them. I have added a new trigger, sear, firing pin and springs-with those and the original slide this gun performs so much better than the factory, but at a cost. Hopefully I can get the new slide to work within this system some day.
Thanks for the great information
I don't use a laser/light yet so I have no recommendations in that department. The embossing is simple, there are a lot of videos here on how to. Just fill the area with your chosen color enamel paint, I used a toothpick, wait for it to dry, then wipe all the excess off with lacquer thinner. I got paint from the hobby store.
very cool!
