The same light, With all of its rays, Brought men out of darkness, Honored and raised. Brought women out of bondage, Celebrated and praised. Brought the daughters of darkness Out of the bottom of graves. If ignorance is a prison For those stuck in their ways, Then the Quran is the key That unlocked the cage. سنن ابن ماجہ کتاب: نکاح کا بیان باب: بڑی عمر والے کا دودھ پینا حدیث نمبر: 1943 حدیث نمبر: 1943 حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ جَاءَتْ سَهْلَةُ بِنْتُ سُهَيْلٍ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنِّي أَرَى فِي وَجْهِ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ الْكَرَاهِيَةَ مِنْ دُخُولِ سَالِمٍ عَلَيَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَرْضِعِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَيْفَ أُرْضِعُهُ وَهُوَ رَجُلٌ كَبِيرٌ؟ فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّهُ رَجُلٌ كَبِيرٌفَفَعَلَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ مَا رَأَيْتُ فِي وَجْهِ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ شَيْئًا أَكْرَهُهُ بَعْدُ وَكَانَ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا. Translation: It was narrated that Aisha (RA) said: "Sahlah bint Suhail came to the Prophet ﷺ ; and said: O Messenger of Allah,) see signs of displeasure on the face of Abu Hudhaifah when Salim enters upon me." The Prophet ﷺ said: "Breastfeed him." She said: "How can) breastfeed him when he is a grown man?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled and said: "I know that he is a grown man." So she did that, then she came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "I have never seen any signs of displeasure on the face of Abu Hudhayfah after that." And he was present at (the battle of) Badr. (Sahih)

صحیح مسلم کتاب: رضاعت کا بیان باب: اپنی باری سوکن کو ہبہ کردینے کے جواز کے بیان میں حدیث نمبر: 3631 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَائِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ کُنْتُ أَغَارُ عَلَی اللَّاتِي وَهَبْنَ أَنْفُسَهُنَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَقُولُ وَتَهَبُ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا فَلَمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ تُرْجِي مَنْ تَشَائُ مِنْهُنَّ وَتُؤْوِي إِلَيْکَ مَنْ تَشَائُ وَمَنْ ابْتَغَيْتَ مِمَّنْ عَزَلْتَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَی رَبَّکَ إِلَّا يُسَارِعُ لَکَ فِي هَوَاکَ Translation: Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: I felt jealous of the women who offered themselves to Allahs Messenger ﷺ and said: Then when Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, revealed this: "You may defer any one of them you wish, and take to yourself any you wish; and if you desire any you have set aside (no sin is chargeable to you)" (xxxiii. 51), I (Aisha.) said: It seems to me that your Lord hastens to satisfy your desire.

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said: يٰٓأَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ إِنَّآ أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوٰجَكَ الّٰتِىٓ ءَاتَيْتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّآ أَفَآءَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمّٰتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خٰلٰتِكَ الّٰتِى هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَ وَامْرَأَةً مُّؤْمِنَةً إِنْ وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِىِّ إِنْ أَرَادَ النَّبِىُّ أَنْ يَسْتَنْكِحَهَا خَالِصَةً لَّكَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ  ۗ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِىٓ أَزْوٰجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمٰنُهُمْ لِكَيْلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ  ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا "O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her, [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. سنن ابوداؤد کتاب: نکاح کا بیان باب: کیا جنگ میں پکڑی ہوئی کافر قیدی عورتوں سے جماع جائز ہے حدیث نمبر: 2155 حدیث نمبر: 2155 حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْأَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَاشِمِيِّ،‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبَعَثَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ بَعْثًا إِلَى أَوْطَاسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَقُوا عَدُوَّهُمْ فَقَاتَلُوهُمْ فَظَهَرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَصَابُوا لَهُمْ سَبَايَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكَأَنَّ أُنَاسًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَحَرَّجُوا مِنْ غِشْيَانِهِنَّ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي ذَلِكَ:‏‏‏‏ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ سورة النساء آية 24، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَيْ فَهُنَّ لَهُمْ حَلَالٌ إِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهُنَّ. Translation: Abu Saeed Al Khudri said “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of Messenger of Allah ﷺ were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So, Allaah the exalted sent down the Quranic verse “And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hand posses. ” This is to say they are lawful for them when they complete their waiting period.

صحیح بخاری کتاب: غزوات کا بیان باب: باب: حجۃ الوداع سے پہلے علی بن ابی طالب اور خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ عنہما کو یمن بھیجنا۔ حدیث نمبر: 4350 حدیث نمبر: 4350 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مَنْجُوفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا إِلَى خَالِدٍ لِيَقْبِضَ الْخُمُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكُنْتُ أُبْغِضُ عَلِيًّا وَقَدِ اغْتَسَلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقُلْتُ لِخَالِدٍ:‏‏‏‏ أَلَا تَرَى إِلَى هَذَا ؟ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا بُرَيْدَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَتُبْغِضُ عَلِيًّا ؟فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ نَعَمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تُبْغِضْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّ لَهُ فِي الْخُمُسِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ. Translation: Narrated Buraida (RA) : The Prophet ﷺ sent Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and I hated Ali, and Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, "Dont you see this (i.e. Ali)?" When we reached the Prophet ﷺ I mentioned that to him. He said, "O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumlus."

صحیح بخاری کتاب: تفاسیر کا بیان باب: باب: آیت کی تفسیر ”اے نبی! ان (ازواج مطہرات) میں سے آپ جس کو چاہیں اپنے سے دور رکھیں اور جس کو چاہیں اپنے نزدیک رکھیں اور جن کو آپ نے الگ کر رکھا ہو ان میں سے کسی کو پھر طلب کر لیں جب بھی آپ پر کوئی گناہ نہیں“۔ حدیث نمبر: 4788 حدیث نمبر: 4788 حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هِشَامٌ حَدَّثَنَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كُنْتُ أَغَارُ عَلَى اللَّاتِي وَهَبْنَ أَنْفُسَهُنَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ أَتَهَبُ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى:‏‏‏‏ تُرْجِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ مِنْهُنَّ وَتُؤْوِي إِلَيْكَ مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَمَنِ ابْتَغَيْتَ مِمَّنْ عَزَلْتَ فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكَ سورة الأحزاب آية 51، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ مَا أُرَى رَبَّكَ إِلَّا يُسَارِعُ فِي هَوَاكَ. Translation: Narrated Aisha (RA) : I used to look down upon those ladies who had given themselves to Allahs Apostle ﷺ and I used to say, "Can a lady give herself (to a man)?" But when Allah revealed: "You ( O Muhammad ﷺ ) can postpone (the turn of) whom you will of them (your wives), and you may receive any of them whom you will; and there is no blame on you if you invite one whose turn you have set aside (temporarily). (33.51) I said (to the Prophet), "I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires."

صحیح بخاری کتاب: غزوات کا بیان باب: باب: غزوہ بنو المصطلق کا بیان جو قبیلہ بنو خزاعہ سے ہوا تھا اور یہی غزوہ مریسیع (بھی کہلاتا) ہے۔ حدیث نمبر: 4138 حدیث نمبر: 4138 حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَرَأَيْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَيْهِ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ،‏‏‏‏ فَأَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا مِنْ سَبْيِ الْعَرَبِ،‏‏‏‏ فَاشْتَهَيْنَا النِّسَاءَ وَاشْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْنَا الْعُزْبَةُ وَأَحْبَبْنَا الْعَزْلَ،‏‏‏‏ فَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَعْزِلَ وَقُلْنَا نَعْزِلُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِنَا قَبْلَ أَنْ نَسْأَلَهُ،‏‏‏‏ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا مَا مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ كَائِنَةٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا وَهِيَ كَائِنَةٌ. Translation: Narrated Ibn Muhairiz (RA): I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri(RA) and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). Abu Said said, "We went out with Allahs Apostle ﷺ for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interrupt us, we said, How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allahs Apostle ﷺ who is present among us?" We asked (him) about it and he said, It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist."

صحیح بخاری کتاب: خرید وفروخت کے بیان باب: باب: لونڈی غلام بیچنا۔ حدیث نمبر: 2229 حدیث نمبر: 2229 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ مُحَيْرِيزٍ :‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخْبَرَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ بَيْنَمَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّا نُصِيبُ سَبْيًا فَنُحِبُّ الْأَثْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكَيْفَ تَرَى فِي الْعَزْلِ ؟ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَوَإِنَّكُمْ تَفْعَلُونَ ذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ نَسَمَةٌ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَّا هِيَ خَارِجَةٌ. Translation: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri(RA): that while he was sitting with Allahs Apostle ﷺ he said, "O Allahs Apostle ﷺ ! We get female captives as our share of booty, and we are interested in their prices, what is your opinion about coitus interrupt us?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do you really do that? It is better for you not to do it. No soul that which Allah has destined to exist, but will surely come into existence. ________
