The very last mission of the main storyline. This mission is a rather long one with 4 main phases, with the last phase having 2 parts. I am gonna use my stockpile of cruise missiles to end off the 1st phase quickly and move on, and it will also be the last portion of the game where you can use it. I did not feel the need to do a TL;DR for the Shrike Evolution variants, as they are usually killed ASAP and have no issues in killing them.
The stealth portion of this mission is probably the one and only in the game where I had to restart my entire run for it, as I bricked the surveillance camera placement, but thankfully having 15 maxed out cruise missiles accelerated the gameplay of the 1st phase.
The final boss fight isn't as hard hitting as one might think, but it actually fits the design of the progenitor IMO. It overwhelms you in long drawn out fights summoning minion cells while being tanky and regenerating itself, just like its design as a cancerous Shrike entity lore wise. As long as you end things quickly, you will not be worn down in long drawn out fights and have enough fuel to finish everything.
It was only a short journey, but I love the story and the characters and thoroughly enjoyed the game. I felt I can best show my love by contributing playthrough guides and tips, made as concise as possible in challenge+. I have barely any experience in making videos so the quality might be crude, but I hope it is helpful and achieved its purpose and enjoyable enough. I look forward to the potential sequel, and perhaps make more videos in the future.
