Uncut practice session, exploring concepts for my book
An uncut video of a practice session I did the past weekend as a way to explore more applications of concepts I will write about in an upcoming book I am working on! This is my capstone project for my senior semester at Berklee and I decided to work on a book which is halfway through a drum method and a retrospective reflection on my time studying at Berklee. I am 99% convinced that it will be free as a pdf to everyone, with an option to 'name your price' if you feel like it and if you liked the project. I will talk about it more in the future but these are the chapters I am working on:

Thank you very much! No I just went for it by ear (in fact is not quite right in some parts), I thought about it more as a duet between percussions and drums rather than a transcription! I'm sorry but I don't have a transcription, even if it would be a cool exercise! :)

Excellent job! How did you learn this? Did you find a notation or just count through the song? Could you give some advice to me? I'm trying to learn how to play the song and am having some trouble with counting
Hey! Thank you for the feedback! I started transcribing the whole thing but I had a lot of troubles, luckily I found the full transcription on this site: www.ilikedrums.com (it's in Italian but after you register you should find the transcription in the "download" section). Good luck! :)

Hey! Thank you! It was some time ago so I'm not completely sure, but I think it was a Sabian HHX O-Zone 18" on top and a UFIP Rough crash 18" on bottom... Anyway it was a slightly heavier crash on bottom! And yes, this song was a little tribute to Chris Dave who is a big influence for me :)
