The vocals are amazing!!! they give me chills!!! even after all these years, I'm 5 or 6 hearing my beloved daddy who would sing to me " Shine on silver girl" I thought for years that I WAS the silver girl in the song. 🤗🥲😊🙂

We could promote these songs at this generation. Now is 2024. And I stay in Dumaguete, Philippines. Of 66 age and teaching seminarians. In the class today, I gave notice to a student who was silent, and his other classmates reacted that he is not in other classes as this student is always verbally expressive. When I asked if they knew the song SOUND OF SILENCE, they said they didn't know the song. Next was I showed them the song with lyrics by my laptop. And they were impressed with the said song.

I grew up in that era. Their music, as all music was back then, is timeless. My 23 years old grandson listens to this music as well. Don’t get me wrong, I have songs I truly enjoy from all decades, but it does not match the feelings I get from these guys. I’m 75 from Canada. I listen to the oldies like this all the time. Nothing beats cranking up the volume and singing along when a good old song is played on the radio.
