After 5 days on the Machame Route, Ian and Fred set out for the final push up Kimanjaro. A long cold night of climbing in the darkness culminized in viewing the most awesome sunrise imaginable from the roof of Africa.

After delivering relief supplies from Tokyo we viewed the disaster zone in Ishinomaki City and Onnagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture. 救援物資を届けて後宮城県の石巻市と女川町の被害様子を見ました。
Pencils for Tanzania

Delivering 1200 pencils to a rural Tanzanian school. 浦安市民から頂いた１２００本の鉛筆をアフリカ、タンザニアのモシ市の小学校に寄付しました．貧困の中で教育を受けている子供たちにとって大切な贈り物でした．学校には電気や水もなかったが元気で幸せそうな子供が沢山勉強していました。

馬場さーーーーーーーーーん！！！！！ 最後名前呼ばれてビックリしました（笑） 元気ですよ。地震の後、浦安の海岸がどうなってるのか心配でしたが あまりにもあいかわらず過ぎて笑っちゃいました。イアンさんもどうもありがとう。実は一番連絡取りたかった人でした。
隠岐の島の良さがよくわかった。
It truly looks as the town was struck by an atomic bomb. This goes to show how fast the table can turn for the worse. This is a sad chapter for Japan.

That was good riding and a really good time.
Ridiculous useless tetrapod blocks at 3:25s... It's horrible that they keep bringing those blocks year after year.. never less.. always more until there s no natural coastline... Japan is probably the only modern country with no coastal environment protection policies...
