You dont have to have it all to play. You can start like most of us did with just base game and slowly add DLCs over time. Unless you mean base game it too expensive for you...but its the same price as most AAA games.

I think quite the opposite. I think more efficient in time, man hours and fuel costs.

@@KungfuBeer I know you usually work the yards but if you ever get the chance to highlight some tips for doing one trip set-outs and pick-ups especially for jobs like this with few or no sidings I would appreciate it. Or if you could suggest other streamers/videos. I really enjoy your channel and thank you.

Ok. SBD is San Bernardino not LAC, where I was. I dont understand the statement.

@@KungfuBeer Your Atlanta bound trains have there own symbols like the Z-LACATL, and the Z-SBDAUG7 (this one goes to Charlotte, NC), and the Q-LACAUG6 these three are Atlanta bound trains for NS the CSX ones is the Z-LACATG7 then Q-LACATG6

Click the controls in the menu, find what keys counter is. I use a rail driver, I have a toggle switch for it.

I was using dynamic brakes and independent brakes. I would not be using train brakes in the yard.

@@KungfuBeer These passes are located in the Canadian Purcel and Rockies mountain ranges in B.C. And Alberta. Home to Canada’s steepest grades! Also famous for the Spiral Tunnels near Field B.C. Trains usually run a 2.2% grade all the way through both passes.

I ended there because it was the end of my lesson. You can drive nonstop for 12 hours in the simulator if you have all the DLCs

Yo Stem! Keep in mind, this train is already parked. It really doesn't matter what is preferred here as its already out in the wild. If I start with DPU notch 8, the I beam cars derail.

@@KungfuBeer huh that’s strange have you tried doing the same thing in the video and then going to 8 once your train starts to bunch up at the back?

The I beams derailed consistently when I was above notch 5 on the DPUs. You can clearly see that I didn't need to be in notch 8 and that I had no problems in the majority of this video.

Urm the correct way 🤔 starting the DP at 8 directly is pure insanity lol it should be a gradual increase little by little

If there is a dispatcher on, the dispatcher is in discord voice in the Mateo Community Run8 Server. On Depot+, we always connect to TeamSpeak in the event a dispatcher goes online. I use a XLR microphone.

@KungfuBeer You left the siding with a restricting indication so I'm thinking you have to stay at 15 or 20 until the next signal. I think it was restricting because the next signal was not set.

When you see green blocks on the DS screen, that indicates clear signals. You don't get green blocks during restricting signals on the DS screen.

​@KungfuBeer all good but I thought restricting speed was 15 or 20mph or being able to stop within 1/2 range of vision. I thought that was enforced on servers
