The Skydive was called a Mr. Bill. That is where two skydivers hold on to each other, and only one deploys the parachute. The one that does not deploy the parachute (Mr. Bill) holds on to the skydiver with the deployed parachute (Sluggo) and can jump at a lower altitude, or land with Sluggo (VERY RARE). In this case, my shoe was pulled off inadvertently If you watch as the skydiver in red falls off you will see the shoe to the right of him.
