√2 - Eggs
√1 - teaspoon Vanilla essence
√80g - Sugar
√8g - Vanilla Sugar
√150g - Vanilla Youghurt
√50ml- Oil
√160g - All purpose flour
√12g - baking powder
√100g - Raisins Sultana
√50g - Chocolate chips
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

That straight staircase straight from the door did the villa a major disservice. A major design flop. A remodel would really improve the first impression and not be such a turn off having had major impression from the curb appeal.
