The Habit Burger Grill Tempura Green Bean VS Panko Crusted Green Bean [天妇罗四季豆条] VS [面包糠四季豆脆条]
This is a copycat recipe for The Habit Burger Grill tempura green bean(天妇罗四季豆条). What is a better way to enjoy nutritious green beans than a crispy on every bite of green beans? What happens when panko breaded green beans(面包糠四季豆脆条) join the challenge? Which fried green beans will win the challenge. Which fried green beans packs the most crunch on every bite? Warning both these recipes might make not liking veggies kids to sometimes prefer them over meat dishes. It is a great afternoon snack, dinner, parties with family & friends. This easy to make vegetable dish is a favorite recipe for everyone including kids.
香脆可口的干炸四季豆吃过吗?我这里有两种酥炸四季豆条的做法,一豆两吃,做出来的成果都是外酥里嫩。我今天会做一个试吃对比 [面包糠四季豆脆条] VS [日式天妇罗四季豆条]。想知道哪一款酥炸四季豆条是你的最爱,跟我一起试着做吧。
Tempura Green Bean
Ingredients:
Green Beans 1/2 Ib
Cake Flour 3.5 oz
Egg 1
Sake 50 ml
Ice Water 100 ml (included ice)
天妇罗四季豆条
材料:
四季豆 1/2磅
低筋面粉 3.5 oz
鸡蛋 1颗
清酒 50 ml
冰水 100 ml
Tempura Green Bean
Instructions:
1. Cut off both ends of the green beans.
2. First, preheat a pot of oil around 300°F, or use a wooden chopstick to see if tiny bubbles show up mean oil temperature it's ready. Second, Make a tempura batter while heating oil.
3. Take 100ml ice water including ice, crake an egg into it, add sake 50ml, mix well.
4. Pour the egg liquid into the cake flour, & mix well. (once tempura mixture done, it should be used immediately)
5. Grab a small number of green beans dipped into the tempura batter, then gently place the green beans into the pot to fry for about 1 minute.
6. After taking out the green beans, be sure to scoop up the batter as much as possible, and then put the new green beans into the pan to fry, otherwise, it will burn off easily.
天妇罗四季豆条
料理步骤:
1. 把四季豆的两端头尾切掉。
2. 首先,将一锅油预热,用木筷子看是否出现小气泡表示油温就做好了。 其次,热油的同时制作天妇罗面糊。
3. 取100ml冰水含冰块,打入一个鸡蛋,加入清酒50ml,搅拌均匀。
4. 将蛋液倒入低筋面粉中,搅拌一下。 (天妇罗面糊完成后,应立即使用)
5. 取少量四季豆浸入天妇罗面糊中,然后放入锅中炸约1分钟。
6. 取出四季豆后,一定要尽量把面糊碎末捞干净,然后才放入新的四季豆入锅中炸,否则很容易焦掉。
Panko Green Bean
Ingredients:
Green Beans 1/2 lb
Eggs 2
Cake Flour 1/2 cup
Panko Bread Crumbs 1 cup
面包糠四季豆脆条
材料:
四季豆 1/2磅
鸡蛋 2颗
低筋面粉 1/2杯
Panko面包糠 1杯
Panko Green Bean Instructions:
1. Cut off both ends of the green beans.
2. Take 3 trays. On the 1st tray put cake flour.
3. Crack 2 eggs into the 2nd tray and beat it well.
4. On the 3rd tray, put some panko bread crumbs.
5. Grab a small amount of green beans & drench them in flour.
6. Transfer the green beans into the egg-liquid tray, make sure the beans are well-coated egg-liquid.
7. At last, transfer the green beans to the 3rd tray to cover well with the panko bread crumbs. Then repeat the above steps to make more fries.
8. Preheat a pot of oil, use a wooden chopstick to see if tiny bubbles show up mean oil temperature it's ready.
9. Gently place the green beans into the pot to fry for about 3-4 minutes or turn into golden brown.
面包糠四季豆脆条
料理步骤:
1. 把四季豆的两端头尾切掉。
2. 取 3 个盘子。 在第一个盘中放低筋面粉。
3. 将 2 个鸡蛋打入第二个盘子中并打匀。
4. 在第三个盘子里,放一些panko面包糠。
5. 取少量四季豆,浸入面粉中。
6. 再将四季豆倒入蛋液盘中,确保豆子裹上蛋液。
7. 最后,将四季豆转移到第三个盘中,用panko面包糠覆盖。 然后重复以上步骤制作更多包裹好的四季豆条。
8. 预热一锅油,用木筷子看是否出现小气泡表示油温就做好了。
9. 将四季豆条轻轻放入锅中炸约3-4分钟或变成金黄色。

      You're barely.getting any carbs if they are dusted with it. Arrowroot powder may work better. Still has carbs but a little goes a long way and won't mess up your macros.

    I used garlic vinegarette on a pan with regular toast. Great for French and onion soup. Leave out for a few hours for extra crispy crunch!
