3.5 an hour? Solo? That’s pretty nuts. From panels too.. don’t you spend most of your time just finding the panels?

@@Jake-um4gg All panels are in incriments of 2k shown in signitures. So far the best spot I have seen is the ring around Yela. usually om-6 ish. I may be under stating the time a bit, but that's what it feels like. I usually only go for the wing panels and the large ones. The large ones give you 13.5 SCU per panel.

@@IgnoranceEverywhere2024 yeah makes sense. I normally fly from Grim but that’s probably my issue. Find scrapped panels and I guess everyone else is doing the same and taking the sigs. I noticed that now yeah; the regen and hp pool are the exact same. Let's hope they correct that otherwise what is the point of modding the ship?!?!

Yeah it really does need some cleaning. I almost pledged for the ship but honestly with how bad Salvage is now it's faster to earn UEC from Commodities Trading.

I've heard Panel trading is the way to go. Sadly I don't have a Vulture so the Reclaimer feels like overkill.

Well the storage on the reclaimer makes it worth it and if you find the right spot you can fill the whole thing up in a hour or two I love my vulture but panels have so much rmc on them that one of the big panels is 10-12 rmc depending on the scraper head it fills up to quick and with having to either stop and sale or transfer to a bigger ship the reclaimer is the way to go after you can get one

Indeed. It felt much better than last weekend. Still not what I would call butter smooth but certainly better than the shiz show at the beginning of June!

@@CitizenGrimm is a gambling server roulette...50% of server stay under 5 fps whit all economy stuck and no way to do nothing . Some other u play 5/6 h a playable alpha game...

That is fair although I recommend you try during a free-fly week and then see what it is you want to do. Some go an inch and some go a mile. I'm about 3 miles in plus two or three glasses of coolaid so hope it still succeeds.

Some of the guys in Hadean Interstellar played a bit last night and the servers were stable(ish). Phyics were crap and there was some desync but we didn't blow up on the landing pad!

Thanks @Ollie. We enjoy putting stuff together for shiz and giggles so it's great when it's well received. When I get some down time in my real life I'll try ripping in the Reclaimer and see how that works out. Don't own a Vulture so it will be an experience I'm sure.

Not sure I would say "business as usual" but yeah I get how you could be feeling that. Rest in the knowledge that the game is at a point where they can't NOT develop it. People have been hunted down and erased for far far far far less money so if it turns out to be a scam you can bet bodies will turn up soon after.

Let's hope that isn't the case.

@@CitizenGrimm Not even hope can save SC from fail! That was a great idea 7-8 years ago, now its a pathetic tentative to save the boat and their jobs... the longer they imagine a game where bugs dont go away and only keep pilling years over years.... 1.0 is near!

It's still the only game I actively play but I can't tell if that is because of the money spent or I keep hoping it will get better?

@@CitizenGrimm I mean it's pretty good now minus the bugs it can only get better. If they put all this effort in the universe the planets ships, and really everything armor weapons and every little thing can only expect great things from this game. I've played almost every MMO out there I don't see other games putting this much effort into anything like this one has.

@@Xceedpvp Yes, after 11 years it is getting better however the bugs make up a large portion of daily life in the verse; especially after each major patch.

Welcome to the club. We have jackets but you have to purchase it on the Pledge Store and it takes forever to spawn in. Plus you can lose it in the blink of an eye due to bugs.

For me there isn't much in the way of alternatives. I tend to focus my limited free time on one thing at a time. If it ever comes about that I'm spending time on something else then tou can bet there won't be time for SC and the Great Liquidation would begin.

@@CitizenGrimm only sc? Well i understand if you have time constraints. All the other games i mentioned are not quick games they take as much time as sc to learn. Some stability to play with friends would be welcome but i have a feeling the cargo and hangers are going to be rough at first.

For fps open world survival I play a beta game called SCUM. Base building, weapon modding including painting various patterns as well as trucks and cars that can be mudded and painted. Good graphics, a competitor to DayZ. Private servers, or public official servers and has a solo PVE mode that is same as the PVP play but you can adjust setting. No mod support yet. Don't have a flight sim, do run Mechwarrior 5 for big gun blow everything up combat.

LOL Molassis Modes. Thanks for the chuckle. The problem is too many people were engaging and then hard burning away and the "pull the trigger until I kill something" players weren't getting satisfaction of watching people go splat. Master Modes dials that back and puts everyone on more or less equal footing if your guns are engaged. Sadly, no guns = no shields so if you attempt to speed away a strong fart will soft death your ship.

I was thinking this today actually. Wondering if XT was going to add gas to the dumpster fire. My gut says they want to align XT with Alien Week so they can sell more ships and make it a "Big Deal". I pray this isn't the case but lately it feels like without a constant sale of new ships they can't complete the two games; despite tax breaks in the countries their offices are in, the 700m in funding and the lower paid developers (which may have changed after people like EA poached a lot of their talent).

@@CitizenGrimm Again, if the past is any indication... Xeno in the past has always launched with a whole host of "unforeseen issues" that grind servers to a halt. Happens every time they do Xeno.

It does get frustrating sometimes!
