Hey Dr Erika! I use the tights method where you cut the end of your tights and then you place the top part of the tights on your head like your putting them on your legs maybe and then through the hole cut in the tights your out your hand through and pull it through and you do the same with the left leg of the tights then I just wrap it around my head! It might make sense more in a video maybe so I just search up wrapping silk press 😀. Just an easier alternative
