Pacific Palisades to Honolulu (no traffic) usually averages about 25 to 30 minutes as it shown in the video takes about 8 mins from Palisades to the bottom of Pearl City. Then another 15 to 20 mins from there. I would not consider it upper Pearl City that would be homes above Komo Mai near the high scbool. For Mililani Mauka, you generally get a smaller lot, smaller home about $100k to $200k more than on the Mililani Town side. The images of the mall are not of any in Mililani shopping center, they are images of Ala Moana Center. For Kapolei, there is no Sam's Club there as they are two only in Honolulu and in Pearl City. But there is Home Depot and Walmart. Kailua is definitely not a local town feel. More geared toward tourists & visitors. I cant comment on Hawaii Kai, hardly go there. Strange that a realtor with 10 years of experience would present some incorrect information.

You do not want tto put your pet in 6 month quarentine in hawaii you cant visit them and they do not take care of them very well they dont let them out of the cage and they treat them bad my girlfriend did that to her cat she was never the same she became feral and wouldnt use the cat box and she was mean so it be better to either pay the money to do it so you dont have put them in the qurentne there or leave them cwith someone you trust here in the mainland please dont pick the 6 month quaretune its horrible your pet will be fucked after wards sorry to be so blunt believe me i know i lived on maui half my life i know about there quaretine its terrible
