There are a good number of front wheel drive cars that can do that with front brake bias, balest & soft suspension you can also do some cool stuff with the Escudo too.

I think once you finish the story mode you unlock director mode, where all the cars you have in your bought garage can be used as well different peds and shit
in this save I have all garages full with different police cars so that's how I play with them
@@itrcna i think it actually can be accessed any time during freeroam, i've used it alot and i like how the NPC police characters have a voice dialog if you crash while playing as one of the cop characters
