How do I get the hex key bits to fit securely in the socket and wrench itself? These are loose and don't snap into place and I could see myself losing parts when I'm on the road repairing the bike in the hot sun.

I called the other day. The staff at Bicycles Sports could not have been more knowledgeable, polite and courteous. The lady I spoke with, answered all of my questions. I will soon be buying a Tuesday or Retrospec Cruiser from Bicycle Sports in Beaumont, even though I live about a 90 minute drive away in Louisiana.

Wow figured it would have a few gears if it’s gonna carry all that 500 pounds he’ll even a grown man pulling 2-300 pounds is well that’s 500 total so I mean it needs a low low gear and a few higher gears to catch speed easy to pull loads then

I just bought my first adult tricycle -- a Sun traditional with 7 gears. At 72 years and being disabled, I'm no longer able to ride a bicycle. But my trike gives me back some much needed ability to exercise. This seems to be a very good product.
