Wonderful cherry gin. A bit harsh and spicy. Wonderful as a cocktail. Goes great with plain soda and heavy expressed orange.

I find this rum to be surprisingly mouth drying, almost like sawdust. It is a wonderful cocktail rum, and quite affordable. Perfect base rum for a small home bar.
I didn't think it was drying, but we all taste different, and that's the fun part 🙌 and I agree with you, perfect and affordable base rum for your home bar.
Wonderful gin, great sipper and a delight as a cocktail. I like the cacao taste, it does indeed balance the sweetness. Add some club soda and rose water for a nice cocktail.

Good pre-made cocktails are hard to find. The balance is usually a bit off. So finding a good pre-made is like finding gold.
During the summer i would skip the honey and add some fresh strawberry to the muddle instead. Basil and strawberry goes great together.
