The staff seemed disorganized, and the food was not up to the mark. The ambiance, which was expected to be grand, fell short of expectations. The event management was poor, leading to delays and inconvenience. For a special occasion like this, one expects flawless execution, but Diamond Hall failed to deliver. 1. Poor Communication: - Unresponsive or uncooperative staff - Lack of clear information about services and amenities 2. Event Management: - Disorganized or inefficient coordination - Delays in setup or teardown - Failure to meet special requests 3. Staff Behavior: - Rude or unfriendly staff - Lack of attention to guests' needs - Inefficient or slow service Improvement is needed in terms of service, food quality, and event management. *Not recommended*"

All floor are beautiful and nice but 1st floor need to improvement in bride and groom stage other than this all seems great

रॉयल पैपर बैंक्ट हॉल वाले झूठ बोल कर लोगों को लूटते हैं,इनके यहाँ बुकिंग से पहले तो आपको जाते ही बहुत अच्छे से सभी कुछ खिलांएगें-पिलाएंगें और आपकी बुकिंग के बाद और प्रोग्राम के बाद अगर कोई कमी आप इन्हें बताएँगे तो आपको चाय के लिए भी नहीं पूछेंगे हमने देखा कि हमारे प्रोग्राम के बाद हमारे साथ ऐसा ही हुआ था और हमारे खाने के दस बारह आइटम भी हमे नहीं दिये गए और हमने शिकायत की तो हमें बस सौरी बोलकर पल्ला झाड़ते हुए उठ कर चले गए!! दोस्तों अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि इनके यहाँ बुकिंग करने के बाद प्रोग्राम में भी अपने आइटम दो तीन बार अवश्य चैक करें !!! धन्यवाद 🙏🏻
