i have followed your tutorial step by step so far, but after implementing this on my own rig, all works fine except for the fk arm. It copies everything except for the wrist when switching from IK to FK, and absolutely doesn't even allow me to rotate anything but the FK wrist when switching to FK. It also doesn't copy the wrist rotations when going from FK to IK. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
Thats strange. Could be maybe a bone is parented incorrectly or one of the switching modifiers is messed up. Honestly for this tutorial I made things way too overly complicated. I am currently using this addon and I think you should try it as well. th-cam.com/video/m30eoQb1mq4/w-d-xo.html it is free and pretty simple to setup. Hope this helps and sorry that it isn't working.

I have mixamo animation of two handed how can i attach the object to both of hands of character
For that I would probably just attach it to one hand, add in a animation layer and track the second hand to that. Or make a main bone with 2 bones attached then put the hands on that. 3 bone setup with 2 points for attaching the hands. Hope this helps!
The only thing I don’t like he have double window and grill front and back. He only has one.
Fair. I designed it that way as it makes the transformation much easier to accomplish. Definitely appreciate the feedback though!

Thank you it works for me.. But when I close my blender... it happened again...then run sscript do I have to run the script every time open blender? Why is that..is that a bug?
Yes, it is super lame unfortunately. That is why personally I just stopped using rigify. Not too sure of a solution but I am sure if you google how to force run a script you can find something.

Do you build your own rig or used rigify?
I built my own rig for it. I definitely used other rigs as inspiration like rigify but ye. Rigify is best used for one form characters and not transforming ones.

It apparently is supported but because of the different platform things it doesn't work well. Honestly I don't really know where to even start from that. I would maybe google graph editor renderer for mac and see if that nets any results. Hope this helps! -Tyler

Hey mate, any idea if it works on older versions of BL? Well, as of right now I have concluded that it does open let's say. But completely denies my attempts at transfering vertex groups at models with identical shapes but different vertex counts (don't ask, 2 different traingulation methods I guess, wielded 2 different topologies, Its an hour long story)
It honestly may not. Not too sure how new this feature is, so I would do some research on it if I were you! For the vertex groups it has to be the same vertex amount and same position. It cannot be where one is triangulated and the other in quads to the best of my knowledge. Hope this helps! -Tyler
@@ModelingWithAnimation Tested it. On older versions and 4.2 For some reason it did not work on either. Made sure both models were ABSOLUTELY identical but the transfer did not happen. Figured it out in the end through a different method though

How would you make the objects move opposite each other, like an elevator’s sliding doors for example?
Just have the value negative or positive. For ex: Left side (value) Right side: (-value) Then it should work. You can always add in more math too to make it move slower or faster. Then tie the geo to a controller that moves in one direction and attach it to that.
the biggest takeaway for me right now is unchecking maintain offset. It's such a "duh" realization but it _never_ occured to me before to do that and I'm kicking myself for so many hours of lost time..

Not too sure honestly. If you mean just liking zooming in and out you use the scroll wheel. If you mean another way I'm sure it is in the settings.

Im trying to make something that has roof shingles on it! However i dont know if theres a way to combine all the shingles permanently? Because I need to duplicate it but when i mess up the duplication it makes me combine each shingle back together, do you know a solution for this? 🥲
You should just be able to select all then combine. But what I would do is make one shingle then duplicate it across then group that section and duplicate the group. So basically you go from 1 to 10 then 10 to 20 then 20 to 40 etc etc. Hope this helps!
Copy Attributes: objects have different vertex counts, doing nothing
Oooo so with that the object needs to have the same amount of vertex. If the object is different it will cause problems. Or if it is the same object you need to delete one and mirror it over then do the process. It is kinda finky. Hope this helps!

i have a problem in blender 3.6.4 when i try to move the mesh in object mode the center only moving and the mesh not moving
AI possible answer: You may need to check to see if your object is on its own layer and is not connected to any other objects. My own answer would probably be you need to center the pivot so you can go to object then set origin then try any of those options. Hope this helps!

Can I drive multiple objects by the same driver expression? In you case if you modify the driver on one object the other object will have different driver expression because it just copied.
Yes! You just need to make a variable within the driver and link it using the copy full data path. Then do single property for the driver variable type. That should allow you do that. After that you just paste it into the other variables. Hope this helps!
