its pretty much the same as any ring doorbell, smart thermostat or things like that. either leave the new owners the account information so they can log in, or have the installer come out and factory reset the unit and add it to a new network.

changes to the schedule have to be done in proximity to the controller so it gets the changes. if a schedule isn't turning off, its not the "on" schedule that is the issue, its the individual and separate "off" schedule. under the list of schedules you should see a darker square that says "OFF" check to make sure its date range and time is correct and reapply that schedule. if there is no darker off square, create a new schedule create off.

@@ReindersLED yeah it was going wack, lights for days that were not on schedule to be on, came on… hence St Patrick’s day😂😂, I deleted app, reinstalled, signed back in, so far so good🤞🏻

@@ReindersLED well that didn’t fix it. Easter lights came back on tonight. The normal lights override it a few minutes later, but the Easter lights are still coming on and I have disabled and when that didn’t work. I deleted the Easter lights totally and they’re still coming on. I can’t figure it out.🤷🏼‍♀️ Will redo the off schedule.

@@territhompson8562 Your installer has a different version of the app. there is a Delete all schedules button they can use to nuke the schedule at the hardware level. The user version of the app currently does not have that option. That will remove the ghost schedule. The off will have nothing to do with this issue.

in the new version of the app released a few weeks back, in any holiday, you can select colors, and the effect then save it as a Favorite. It will allow you to name it at that point.

black has been a selectable color choice for the last few months since the update to the 1D9 firmware and the latest app. the gold, is going to be a bit trickier. you can use the RGBW sliders option and try something around 255 Red, 107 green and 0 blue.

@@territhompson8562 I don't know that I fully understand the question but the 1D9 version of the firmware and current app have the ability to create and store custom colors in the usual strip effects color selection area, and if you use the static strip effect it will allow the use of multiple colors in a non moving repeating pattern.

if you have the nightly set for say 6pm, set the special schedule to override at 6:02pm or some time after the original. the schedule is more of a trigger. Once fired it will stay doing that until something else is fired, either a different color or effect, or an "Off". But they will happen in sequential order.

The all on/off buttons are designed to turn all groups and controllers on or off. It makes more sense in a multi controller environment. The on/off status has no effect on the schedules they will fire is set correctly either way. You can use the check schedule button to make sure the controller has the schedule. It will pulse the colors used internet he schedule.

if your app is lacking a schedule button, contact your installer and have them set your account to "Admin" and it will show up.

Do you know what generation your lights are? And are they Twinkly Pro or Twinkly Home?

​@@tabrieshabrown15 This reset procedure is specifically for Twinkly Pro lights and you have a different version of the product line than what is shown here.

They are so expensive in all countries.

@@TerraMagnus a strand with 150-200 is easily 800 danish krones which is a hellalot!!! Not to mention the Gen2 which is even more! Dayum!!

They are regular twinkly lights. Someone just did custom programming for some of the effects.

not 100% sure, we never handled the early gen retail product. I would however guess its a similar process, the lights and indicators might be different, but I'd say try it and see.

They are RGBW curtains the 10 drops of 25 lights version, 3 of them, and 3 of the single port wireless controllers. Then they are all joined to the building wifi network. We added a Twinkly Music for audio reactivity client demo...wow was that cool.

www.reinders.com/products/twinkly-pro-1-port-wifi-controller-500-pixel-max/ is the WiFi based single port pro controller. Add the splitter to it to get 2 ports. Each port can support up to 250 lights. We also have the Twinkly Home products which are also WiFi based.

@@Melissa-bl9we the 6 port has a wired Ethernet port. You can connect it directly to a wireless router with a regular cat 5 cable. The other option is the uWiFi. Can I use the 750 pixel per port? So 750 times 6 ports = 4500 lights.

this is the Twinkly Pro product. the app can group multiple controllers into one entity and then it renders the effects to match. its a pretty slick process. There are examples of exactly how to do it in our other videos.

no. the app can download additional effects from the online store. Both product lines should have access to the same effects.

that is 4 of the 10x25 curtains. they end up being about 40" wide and 6.5' tall per curtain.
