Where were you fishing
This lake is lake Van it’s the only lake/pound close enough to catch fish and have fun there is a RV park in it small one and you can camp out there. Water isn’t very deep. Only 3 feet deep this is my stopping grounds 😂

Long time bass fisherman here. Targeted carp my first time yesterday and I'm hooked. They're so much fun to catch. I can't stop watching carp fishing videos now.

A man of character, baitcasters for carp! I have one of the abu carp specials but the bait runner reels and long bendy rods available i just went all spinning for carp. Baitcasting was more expensive for sure, and harder to find a slower curve rod.
I like using them because it makes me feel like I’m fishing in the ocean lol 😂
