Captured well. I wanted to save [F4] for emergency(or HT CM case) as well as [Deadly Blades] guaranteed uptime without [F4]. + Not use [Relic of Fireworks], No need [F4] in rotation for Relic trigger. However, Main reason of delaying [F1] is increase [F1] DMG by more stacking ferocity bonus of [Fencer's Finesse] trait.

This CM strictly forces everyone to fulfill their roles diligently. Majority of PUG will ignore this CM, this cm will be 'True Lonely Tower'.

Don't cancle Scepter 1 last skill. Scourge is don't have a rotation of strict rules. Just do cast Elite skill, All weapon skills, [F2] and [Blood is Power+F5] if you can hit to enemy.

if case of skorvald 100-66% YES. if you want more DPS that time, do excute more earlier laser disk and PLB(elite skill) for more fully damage. I think pulse damage is also important. 2 Laser disk can do work. Don't worry use it.
