i’m new to mercari, and all the shipping and packing stuff is so difficult. what type of packaging should i use to sell photocards and trading cards? and other small items like keychains, books, cds, bracelets, and acrylic stands? thanks!
hii ,, shipping wise the 3 oz label really only covers super thin letter sized envelopes , id recommend a top loader at most in them since they’re filtered through a letter sorter at the postal office. anything larger or thicker definitely will not work (even cardboard 😵💫). also this option doesn’t come with seller protection so overall i don’t recommend it. instead i use the 4oz (or more ounces if needed) options since it’ll be counted as a package at that point and doesn’t have all the above restrictions to it ! typically the price is around $4.30 i typed out a few responses to others under this video as well about how to switch the weigh specifications as well if you needed help on that too :)!

As a seller if I want to offer tracked shipping would that be through first class package label? First class envelope is cheaper but I’ve read that some people’s envelope gets caught in the machine because of the toploader. I got a lot of dupe PCs so I want them to go to a new home and I’m new to this, thank you!
hi hi ! actually the $1.08 label recently changed to not a tracked but just an expeditious label 😕😕 that means there’s really no way to know if and when things arrive as a seller. also with this YES there’s size limitations (can’t be thick whatsoever) the tracked option i personally use is a 4oz , $4.30 label through usps ground advantage & there’s no size requirements just has to be under 4oz. since its an actual label it shouldn’t go through the letter sorter but instead the package one where the postal office has to scan it
When selling pcs are you able to just send out with just a stamp? I don't really have a way to print labels out atm 😭
on mercari yessss , when choosing “methods you’ll offer” under the shipping subsection choose “ship on your own” ! when you drop off and it asks for a tracking number i normally just type in the word “stamped” and it’s fine 🤣 also when you drop off it won’t come with mercaris seller protection you get when using their shipping unfortunately, so just be weary of that !!

AHHHH it's always a good time whenever you upload a video :D your collection remains STUNNING as expected, and i love the way you planned your binder layout - there was so much thought put into the ordering of the sections, and idk I JUST LOVE ITTT and the best part is that now, moving pcs wont be as painful... i hope T_T (also seeing ur 9pp binder is making me consider moving mark into an a4 binder...)

and once again, girl your collecting is SLAYINGGG <33 that ot6 istj spread with the fansign pcs are my fav too - they look so cohesive tgt <3 as for your jeno binder, why not make like an era a page/multiple pages, and you can organise them by outfit! that way, you can just add pages in between without moving everythingg :DD and the way your j&j album binder is bursting... i absolutely relate HAHA anyway THANKYOUUU for this video <33 it was my salvation amidst my finals and submissions <33

hi! i hope you don't mind me sending a comment rather than a dm but if you'd want to know how to reorganize your jeno collection you could start by doing the whole separating album pcs with non album. i get you want everything album related to be together but if its gonna have you constantly push down stuff, i'd suggest separating album pcs first then album related stuff. next, you could also start making sections for non album related stuff such as, season greetings, endorsements, and other random mds nct do! last suggestion, you could also look at a jeno template and look for cards you know you want and set up for them so you don't have to make a space for it every time you receive the card. I'm sorry if this sounds confusing, this is how i organize my ningning non album collection and i think its very please!! :D
