As much as I believe in eating healthy, and taking care of your health, its also important to have some fun, and realize that life isn't always about being so serious, and having balance.     Thank you for sharing. I’ve had similar experiences regarding lupus, inflammation and acne. I’m dealing with the outbreaks but not as much as before. I truly believe healing begins with our mindset first, then our diets, and finally the topical treatments.

    Fit in some mini workouts through the day is just as effective if you did your workout in one sitting! Break up the amount of time you spend sitting!

    Brown matching sets are everything for fall!! You can just add a puffer vest, or goes as is. This set also came with a regular sports bra, and long pants! Matching sets make me feel so put together too.

    Reevaluate the past month, see if you can focus on the same goals maybe with a new strategy. Or maybe lock in and stay consistent from the previous months. It all depends on what you’re working for. But remember a healthy lifestyle is about healthy habits you can sustain over time. So it’s not always about getting to an end goal. ❤

    When it comes to health and fitness: What are some ways you can enjoy the process more? If it’s not something enjoyable what else can you do? How can you celebrate your daily wins? Without throwing you off track of your goals and lifestyle. I focus on at home workouts with body weights or light weights. It helps when I dress cute, and my ultimate goal is just to be healthy and age sexy. lol. ❤

    Shift your focus, and your thoughts, which will make taking action much easier. I like to shift my focus to things I’m grateful for and it literally expands and attracts more things to be grateful for.

    Working out is part of your lifestyle. It’s not just a means to an end for weight loss, or to look good. Those can be extra bonuses! But real motivation comes from making it into a habit and a non negotiable bc it helps you mentally, emotionally and physically too.

    Change your mindset and your focus. Whatever you want it can be yours but you have to believe it’s possible for you. Quit self sabotaging and making a ton of logical excuses as to why you can’t get to your goals. You only have one life! Go for it already! ❤

    It’s even harder when it’s just you motivating yourself at home to do body weight exercises. Even if you have to grumble through it get it done 💕 My 28 day workout challenge is almost over on Monday. Starting to plan the next one. I like doing these 28/30 day challenges it helps keep me accountable especially when I’m posting about it too.

    I tried and failed to be healthy, and workout so many times before. It wasn’t until I decided I wanted to truly become healthy did I finally change. It wasn’t because of weight loss. I wanted to have more energy, I didn’t want to be depressed anymore and so I made the changes. And I’m so happy I’ve been able to continue even after many health struggles the past few years. ❤ to be healthy is a privilege don’t take it for granted

    It doesn’t have to always be aesthetic either. My routines help me stay consistent and keeps me sane. It actually allows me more freedom and flexibility to eat out, travel and still be able to take care of me and enjoy! It’s about balance after all!

    Ive been in health and fitness for 11 years, and this has always been my philosophy. So many women kill themselves at the gym, are stressed out, dont eat well, and dont sleep well, and fitness is the least of our problems.     We all know dim sums at buffets aren’t always good. But this was a buffet specifically for dim sum. It was so yummy. There were quite a few other things too but I was too busy eating to record the rest 😅 Classic dim sum and some with a twist like abalone shau mai, or truffle shrimp dumplings. On my channel I talk about health and fitness, and that’s important but it’s also ok to go out and enjoy yourself. This is life, we need to have balance not just a lot of restrictions. And also I’m not denying my cultural foods❤

    Mindset and belief are the key ingredients to reaching health goals and keeping the resulfs. Its not always about reaching a specific goal, the goal is to be healthy through our entire life. And that entirely takes a diff mentality than the one who only wants to lose weight. Also, there is nothing that needs to be fixed, you’re beautiful and amazing, and now you’re just trying to be healthier and feel more confident ❤
