I have started waking up early and going on a walk/run after almost a decade. This decision was hard to make because of my habit of creating excuses to delay tasks. The morning run was expectionally cold after last night's rain, and t make things even more challenging, I BARELY SLEPT LAST NIGHT! as if It was not enough, I stumbled upon a set of creepy mannequins dimly lit inside a closed apparel store at 5:15 AM!! During today's morning run, I became super hungry and was looking for something to eat. Luckily the hospital canteen was open, and I talked my way to buying one banana. Enjoy my weird conversation with the cashier to buy one banana early in the morning!

Daily scenic drive to the office with my colleagues, while my personal progress resumes tomorrow!

Because of not getting enough sleep and waking up late, I had to cut my running time by almost an hour. Giving up is not an option now.

Route Mapping: I will be maping few routes and testing them out to see which one fits well with my run, and timing.
