This method doesn't work when i add a gradient toh the image in the card. I have been trying for 4 hrs. I am following everything word to word. It works without the gradient but i need to put the gradient.

I am getting some error in the python saying 1. from widget import Widget 2. from ui_widget import Ui_Widget Source code string cannot contain null bytes

For me the load_data method didn't work, so I had to use self.update_table_signal.emit() to emit the signal in the load_data function that was predefined in the main part of the class and connected to another method called update_table(). I don't know why it's not working and I would be curious. Maybe it's because I'm using a Macbook? But also very useful and really helps. Thanks for sharing

Very nice. A couple of things.. you can just go to Form>View Python code and Copy the python code in qt designer and paste into a new python file in vscode that is UTF-8 already. Also why not just add images from an images folder? convert to resources then convert back to images folder and use resources .py file seems annoying. I suppose its for the correct image directory links but it seem long winded. any better way? thanks.
