So Imminence tells ongoing stories with their music videos and they go in order. From this newest album, the order would go: Hell or High Water, Desolation, Heaven Shall Burn, Death By a Thousand Cuts, Continuum, The Black

I am 42 and this has been my favorite band since I was 16 years old.. no original members but the vocalist and guitar player with the tiger arm tat have been there since 1995

There is "Music" and there is "Pink Floyd". They brings you somewhere out of your mind! 50 years ago Pink Floyd were already 200 years ahead of everybody!

I listened to this song properly for the first time during the summer of 2020 and some of the lyrics seemed to reflect some of the goings on of that year... I love this song and that guitar - I listened to dozens of covers of it here on the tubes before I heard the full song 😅 Also, and this is just my opinion- I don't believe you need to apologise for not reacting to the "right" version of a song. The last time I heard that live version of "time" was when it was on tv back in the early 1990's. My go to version has, admittedly, always been the album version but to really get what's going on one really needs to listen to the whole album, "The Dark Side of the Moon" in one sitting. Hopefully the masters and princesses won't be as harsh 😉

PJ's other biggest hits are Jeremy, Even Flow, Alive, Yellow Ledbetter & Better man. Other hit songs are Porch, State of Love & Trust and Oceans. I believe I was one of ´em telling you about Imminence, since you´ve done a few Orbit Culture songs before and both bands are Swedish. There are so many Imminence songs for you to do, if you like it rough - do "Heaven Shall Burn", if you like it rough and heartbreakinally - violin - beautiful, then do "Come What May" from Imminence latest album released this year.

Floor was the missing link in Tuomas' gift to the world. Since they joined forces the world of music has not been the same. We are fortunate to live in the same timeline as these two artists working together---and with the rest of Nightwish. Music is a very subjective thing. Like and dislike whatever suits you. I discovered Nightwish w/Floor 5 years ago and it's been an incredible ride.

Pure Floor. I love this song. Btw, this song was Floor's pick for a single, it made her cry when she first heard it (I had the same reaction to this song, it's so touching). The message is to enjoy life, as it's beautiful and should be celebrated instead of grieved when it ends. Nightwish is their own genre and no other band comes close to the level they are at. Never, in the history of music entertainment, have a set of skills and talent collided in such powerful manner. Tuomas is a true genius as a composer and with lyrics.

Imminence is an S tier band lots of bangers to check out. Another S tier band is Invent Animate gotta check them out too.

Your lighting and background almost matches. Starting deep and low... This sounds like her solo album, I think Tuomas likes the variety of her singing. Floor said that she chokes up too easily with this song, the band rewinds, during the sessions, to let her recover. Mmm, the warmth of her voice. Reminiscences, love of the souls that have gone before. Tuomas wrote this in memory of his father. The pocket watch to wind... The old style film projector, a "Magic Lantern". The old flickering movies, like memories. Floor soaring away. Did you get the Tuomas déjà vu references? I'm 73 and I am the last man standing in my family. I understand the loss, yet I still live with hope and intent. Nevertheless, Floor's voice and this composition is akin to an emotional depth charge to the heart. Her face, good Lord, her beautiful face so expressive and adorned with nothing save her heart and soul just melts me to my core. Some of you get it. Some of you don't. I do, and that's all that matters. Kiitos to all of you in Nightwish for delivering such epic and emotional story telling.

Crying for beauty is such a precious happening, unfortunately in many cultures tears are connected to sadness. But tears for beauty are like a golden elixir. Thank you, all of Nightwish, Thuomas, and Floor, for this wonderful piece of art.

I so agree with you about Nightwish defying labels. To me, Tuomas and the band have created their own genre - the influences, moods, and approach differing from song to song depending on the message, but it's always unmistakably Nightwish. I've saved this to my favorite reactions playlist.

Floor recorded this entire album starting six weeks after giving birth. She could barely stand, but still delivered her vocals beautifully.

The only thing that counts on how to listen or experience music is you, no one else. Everyone can give you listening tips about music but not on how to enjoy what so ever. Your opinion and feelings are what counts, nothing else.

I love bands that evolve, the Beatles did it, Pink Floyd did, and so on. There are bands that can do the same for decades, but I like how the music of Nightwish has matured and in fact it is ageless.

Tuomas released a short video this morning to say that this song is not a sad song, but a love song. I think they were worried that so many people were crying listening to it - hopefully he/they realise that we think of our dearest who have departed when listening to the serene Floor - the lyrics which are very reminiscent of the poem 'Do not stand at my grave and weep' and ending 'do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die' - which of course is a great comfort to all of us who have lost someone dear! A beautiful song and I really love your explanation on how it affected you! Take good care of yourself 😊

Fans have different opinions on the three lead vocalists of Nightwish. The fact is Floor can sing any of the previous vocalists songs. The same cannot be said about the other 2 singing Floor era songs. Floor is one of a kind
