@@jaisonlong6893 I guess i could have done a better job explaining this. Preferably you’d like to have the cams shimmed similar to each other, there are certain situations, like your own, where having one cam shimmed further than the other is the only way to get the bow to tune without moving the rest a bunch. And as far as the earlier bows having more cam lean, if i had to guess its more along the lines of where the cams were coming shimmed out of the box. I havent pulled limbs off enough/been told by mathews that the deflections were changed so i would assume there is no warranty issue in your case. Hope this helps!

From what i saw on the lifts is there definitely was more cam lean, i didnt see too many derails though. I would imagine depending on how far each bow came shimmed over (noticed the lifts were not coming with the most neutral top hats) I could see how it could have seemed to be easier to derail. On my personal bow i didnt notice anything severe for cam lean, and most of the bows i set up last year seemed to be less cam lean than the first couple we saw. I would imagine they changed the proper deflections on the limbs to eliminate alot of that crazy lean we saw on the first batch of bows.

ive never had issue with the old zebra strings or the match string, why does it seem like people dont like them?

@@drewolm I haven’t had either happen to me, and I shoot probably a touch more then the average person, and all I do is put a little wax every now and then. Weird.

@@jordang94 that’s the only issue I had with it. Hard to find anything else wrong with it other than the price! I have a hard time not getting accessories that are designed for the bow though!

@ I’m trying to decide on another bow right now. I’m a lucky man and have the ability to toy around with the new bows every year. If i end up getting another bow i will most certainly do another bow build. Got some new arrows coming out this year that im excited to play with aswell. I can do a build on those too if its something people would like to see!

@@jwild5360 Sorry to hear that man! Personally never had either of these issues on my lift last year. I wonder if maybe there was a defect in your mods that was causing them to cut the serving. I’ve only got about 50 arrows through the bow so I guess time will tell.

@ no it’s bc the cam is slaved to the left limb and putting cable at sharper angle. I’ve had 15 come in 13 have been cut from the factory. Remove your bottom cable and look on the inside edge. Very very very likely it’s cut. May as well check both top and bottom but worse on bottom bc of cable angle.

@ I’m been talking with Mathews about it for 3 weeks. It’s an issue trust me. U won’t see it without taking bottom cable off and looking at it 360.
