I'm not sure how this is possible. I ran a test on my foam cannon and it's output ratio is 19:1. That would state that using standard bleach 6-8%, so let's go with 7%, would be hitting the wall at 0.35%. It also wouldn't foam, if it's straight bleach. Just to be sure I did a quick test with my 1L foam cannon, and ... no foam. It also wouldn't have much cleaning power at only 0.35%. **UPDATE** After some research, its possible that the foam cannon I have is just garbage. Given the unknown orific size, and its lack of quality foam, its possible the orific size is too large, which would in turn also affect the ratio output. I am returning it and replacing it with one that has a 1.0mm orifice. I will update this comment with my findings.

Wow! I built my own polychain drive pressure washer years ago, and keeping the pulleys aligned is not as easy as one might think. I love this design and give full credit, but don't understand why the pump industry didn't come up with something like this years ago. I do understand that you only offer this on your own units and don't sell this as a stand alone mounting system. I'm sure you'll get your patent as I haven't seen anything like this on the market. Nice job! BTW, I bought a 2nd belt for my machine in case the first one breaks so I'd have it ready to go with little downtime.. It's been six years and the first belt is still going strong although it is badly misaligned at the present time...

I see some have the hose wrapped up where its not touching the left side past the goose neck, can we remove the goose neck and screw in a clamp to the left side of the drum so it can be wound tightly touching each drum left to right? kinda looks dumb if it only gets wound to the goose neck then back to the right side drum.

Is this okay? It has been working for me, but figured id ask.. I have a female QC at end of PW line. I then have it going to a male, that's threaded into a mosmatic swivel, which goes into the ball valve, then a male plug coming out the other end of the BV.. My guns then have the female so it works out.. It seems to work so I assume its okay to do it that way?

What type of oil are you using in the 1690 gearbox? Book says iso vg 220 but on the gearbox it says 90w.

You don't see many people using upstream Here on youtube. At my company, we only do upstream. And are Wand have no trigger. Our soap is the ZEP TNT truck wash. We can do about 10 garbage trucks an hour One person
