Violation of those rules might be penalised by police up to 1200 gel in total. • Also, note that the car should be returned back cleaned (washed out) and with the same amount of fuel as provided. In case you can't manage to wash the car, you should pay 10 euros or equivalent in GEL for washing it, to our representative, because the car should be returned in a parking zone in the same condition as it was picked up. Also, if the fuel is not on the same amount as provided, you should pay for the missing amount. • Please, always follow road signs, spead limits and etc.. Otherwise, there will be issued penalties by police officers for violation of traffic rules. • Car is insured, which means that in case of any road accident, you should stop the car (don't move it) and call us immediately. Otherwise, the insurance won't cover the damage, and the client will have to compensate the company for loss and damage. Note that, by terms of insurance, in order to activate insurance, we have to call police and then insurance. In case of any accident on the road, whether you have damaged rented property and/or other's property, by Georgian legislation all kind of such accident is condisered as violation of road/traffic rules and Police issues penalty against violator/driver - amount of which is 250 Gel; Which should be paid before you cross the border. Accordingly, it's very important to drive attentively and take care to rented property as well as other's property and follow driving rules. • Note that insurance doesn't cover tire damage as far as damage of the tire totally depends on the roads you are travelling. So, in case of tire damage, it's up to you to fix or change it, but with the coordination to us (company). NOTE that even in such cases, we provide help and assistance to all our clients to fix the problem as soon as possible. • Sending you the instruction of using parking in Tbilisi. Please kindly note that there are some hourly payable parking zones in Tbilisi. Price of which is 1 Gel for 1 Hour. In case you won't pay (switch on the parking) the parking fee, inspectors will issue a penalty. Always be attentive to the parking boards (plates) where the parking number is indicated; and never park the car on disabled people's, Taxi, or Bus line zones.
