We cannot comment on the actual timelines by Canadian high commission as there is no specific trend. For some students results have been out as early as a month and for others it’s been beyond 6 months. Since yours is a complete file. Should be out in a months time

Hi. If your course was for one year duration and you applied in any intake for 2020. You can complete entire course in India and be eligible for PGWP. And in case you have a two year course Duration, then you can complete upto 50 percent course online in India and there will be no impact on your PGWP.

Hence you might want to wait. Having said that there are some exceptions to this as few students files decisions were finalised for the non approved DLIs last month but none of these students can travel

Hello Please note that non SDS cases also have very good chances of success. But an overall strong file is extremely important along with a good source of funds

@@stevedavid1663 then Company can sponsor from India. But using the employer bank statement will not help. Company spooners and gives you a letter that they want you to complete a particular education post which they would like you to work in their company at a certain position. Hence they are awarding you leave for education.

Hi. If you have uploaded through GC key account. It should be submitted. Basically you need to click on submit button after uploading and then proceed further.

I already do this procedure Mam .. but it can be clearly mention LOA UPLOADED/ NOT SUBMITTED TO IRCC this is the sitiation and in status box it is clearly mention that LOA REQUIRED . @@JatinderSingh-bu3ge I am not understanding why you are unable to upload your LOA on GC key account. It’s a simple procedure. You click the tab, upload and submit. If you GC key account is showing upload LOA, means it’s required that you have to upload the LOA. no email comes for uploading LOA. Email only comes saying more information is requested by IRCC or a message is waiting for you.

I don’t know why its not submitted.. is it technical issue.? Or I should upload it through web form

@@JatinderSingh-bu3ge you should use the webform to inform about the issue to IRCC. You can also submit the updated loa through web form but make sure you cite this issue. it could be a technical fault. Also you can email Ircc.

College is not providing deferred LOA. They gave me enrolment letter to upload to embassy.

Yes it has happened Harman. Like students got AIP one day and they got refusal next day. Like that. But if a lot of gap has passed since your AIP has come. Then you don’t have to worry

Which intake file have you lodged?

@@AmitSharma-xu8zo hi Amit. As we have been discussing today also. Ideally all files submitted before 15th sept 2020 are eligible for two stage AIP process. However as per today’s updates by IRCC. If you have deferred your intake to a future 2021 term, then your file will be processed normally where you direct passport submission request. But again, they will not give passport submission request letter without biometrics.

Many Pending applications for match have received AIP. However the number is much lesser compared to those who submitted files post March. IRCC has given no clear indication on why some feb and march files are still pending. Just For your reference we are still getting AIPs

please note that PCC is required from a country where you have stayed for more than six months (this does not include your home country)

Do you have a defer offer letter? If not when is the last date to defer? Is your college allowing you to attend online classes without AIP ?

@@hashtagEducationOverseas mam last date is mentioned on my loa tht is 23rd oct from ucw nd i have no idea about their policy but i received mail about attending classes nd incase refussal $250 will be deducted nd whole fee wil be refunded so now im confused about future action what to do due to my two earlier refusals

@@ManjitSingh-gs3xg in case you don’t wish yo start classes without AIP. You can request a deferal Please confirm with them about their deferal policy.

Amit Sharma Hi Amit. We have updated many LOAs on IRCC web form and we are getting results also post doing the same. In fact we have received results in 7-8 days as well for many students. So irrespective of how long it would take to receive the result. We should definitely upload the new LOA.

GURKARAN SINGH your AIP is valid. All you need to do is Send this AIP to your college. Also please note that some colleges allowed students to start classes for fall 20 itself even after deferment because students got late AIP. So you can try as well.

Jaspreet Singh it’s not any trend that pending files are getting refusals. A refusal is directly related to the strength of your file basis academics and source of funds. And Ielts score as well. There are many other parameters like the course chosen by you and your SOP. So please wait for some more time as AIPs are being issued on daily basis
