great video , i also diud run norwich , not in your standard , although im now 61 , was still 50 on the day , i had been doing the course most wenesdays for about 6 months , and in june / july , i was in my prime for this year , , i managed a 57 minute , which wld have been good for me , was starting to do 27 min parkruns aswell , then i got a hamstring niggle which set me back about a month , i never recovered , anyway long story short i did run norwich with 60.12 , qld have taken sub 60 , and also wanted sub 58 , so it didnt work , km 8 and 9 are my nemsesis , can manage the 19k nit , but im only 5 foot 4 and still over 13 stone and the heat hit me towards the end , well donr on your run fella , and thanks for posting
