I had Seth visiting for the weekend and our goal was to hunt some turkey and hog. Since turkey season was about half way through, we concentrated on hogs this trip. Almost got one of these in 410 but went for a pump 20 gauge. Is it a good gun?
Been good so far for me, its really light and easy to carry, but downside is, less weight means more recoil to the shoulder I think lol

12 gauge, its nice to carry in the woods, shooting one round is no big deal, but sighting in multiple rounds is no fun for the ole shoulder lol

why dont you wear earprotection yourself? my dad used to do comp skeet shooting and never used earprotection, cuz it wasnt ''manly'' back in the day, now he needs hearing aid. :/ I'll always recommend usind pretection.
Kids are more suited for team-based activities like mortars.
