      Thanks! I shall do my best! As of July 2024, the average price of a home in Richmond Village was sitting at around $639,000. This was a slight decrease from the previous year which provided home buyers with an opportunity to get into the market.

      Thanks! You're right, Manotick real estate is limited due to village planning so the property values for the homes are quite high and can be excellent investments! These Minto Bungalow homes in Mahogany, at the time of writing this, range from $924,900 - $938,900(depending on which model you choose).

    LOLLLLL you do realize here in Ontario mortgage rates went from .5% to 4.75% and still climbing. You can’t get a house for under 750k and the average income is 50-60k. So what do you think is about to happen when people have variable mortgages and interest keeps rising on a 800k mortgage. Real estate agents are beyond spun out. Always do you research on them and remember there’s a MILLION more at the grind so they’ll do anything to shmooze you because they know you can leave and find someone else no problem. Never sign any paper work until you fully understand it, doesn’t matter how much they push you. Have a GREAT lawyer. Most important. And the biggest is judge their character. Don’t fall for their non sense.

    Interesting... Pre-Inspection, I like it! What a proactive step for a seller. Would you make the inspection available to byers when you come to market?

      Thanks Liam. Great question! This is how I look at it, pre-listing home inspections do two things: 1. They inform and enable the seller to take into account the cost of any repairs BEFORE they list so that they can set the asking price lower. 2. Probably the most important one for the Seller, they avoid price re-negotiations post home inspections (by the buyer should they choose to get one.) To answer your question though, we would definitely make the inspection available to SERIOUS buyers when we come to the market. Nosey neighbors are excluded...😉
