So I agree with everything except I would say for punishment training look up a player usage chart and start punishment training with that list so you are practicing against common characters. Fantastic video

What if they use a tracking move

Step instead of backdashing > get spammed by antistep moves > get cooked

What's the frame data for side step? Like is it only moves that are -3 or higher that you can side stepable?

the replays in this game are so useful, many a time when I get cooked online and I immediately go into the replay and see what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future
