The best tip I can give you is just start, every moment is a new moment, every day a new day...so just commit to your daily self care morning practice 💜 pull out your manual/materails from your class and review...i always find reading my old books etc ignites my reiki connection. I also have an online reiki refresher where I review the symbols and how to work with them, its for 2 week viewing and we also go over a full self treatment hand placement etc only $33 sacredventures.com/reiki-workshops . As for Reiki for your career, that visioning video you watched ...the tools mentioned there I highly highly recommend...a written vision statement etc, and the online course mentioned.
