@@Presentationsbycrystal when you boil vegetables it removes all the vitamins and minerals into the water. The whole point of eating vegetables is to get the nutrients. But you boil them all out. You're making vegetable broth. 😂 you really don't know how to cook. regardless of what you think. you may have been cooking for 25 years, but you've been cooking wrong for 25 years.

I cook the way my family. Especially my children who have sensitive issues eat. It feeds my family. So, much to you. Good day

@@Presentationsbycrystal when you boil vegetables, you're boiling all the vitamins and minerals out of them. You're making vegetable broth at that point. And then I'm sure you strain it and dumped all the broth down the drain and then you serve the vegetables that have no more nutrients left in them to your family. Because of health reasons I cannot do that anymore. Really wish I could. I loved it so. But can’t lift more than 20 lbs. I can’t stand longer than 20 minutes without needing to rest.

@@Presentationsbycrystal but they'll eat processed meatballs which are literally poison, and boiled vegetables that have no nutrients left in them because it's all in the water which is now vegetable broth. Your kids have sensitive issues with food BECAUSE of what you are feeding them.
