Oninaki is a great shout. RPG from early Switch days that didn't garner much attention or praise. It probably isn't really top 10 but I like that it got a mention anyway. But uh.... there are also a bunch of games on this list that aren't ACTION RPGs or even RPGs at all.

Fire emblem and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 feel like cheating as they may have anime appearance but they are original IP's, not anime games per se. Those spots could've gone to other games such as the Storm Trilogy or others.

I've been playing Brothership for a bit and it's been an extremely shallow rpg but it's still fun if you like Mario bros RPG s. You connect islands as part of the story and it's been like 7 islands and the combat has only just now gotten even slightly difficult. Also they reveal a character early on in a way that implies you're supposed to know who they are but I'd never seen them before so I was just confused.
