Bake Bread with Me!
Okay, here's my recipe. If you want to follow along!
What else would you like to see me make?

Ingredients:
-2 Cups Warm Water (105°F-115°F)
-1 Packet of active dry yeast
-1/4 Cup white granulate sygar
-2 teaspoons of salt
-2 Tablespoons of oil
-4 - 5 1/2 Cups of all-purpose flour
1.) Add warm water and sugar to a bowl-mix.
Add yeast and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
2.) Add oil and salt, slowly incorporate flour, one cup at a time, and mix with a fork.
3.) When dough gets to be only slightly sticky, put flour on the work surface, then the dough and knead for about 5 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
4.) Lightly coat the same bowl you mixed your dough in, with oil, and then roll your ball of bread dough around in the bowl, coating all sides.
5.) Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot until doubled in size. (I use my oven with the oven light on)
6.) Punch dough down, then roll into rolls or logs with the edges tucked underneath. Place into greased bread pans or onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
7.) Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot, again for about an hour, or until about doubled in size. (You don't want to over-proof. Your dough is also raised as it is baked)
8.) Preheat oven to 350°F (If you are using your oven for proofing, take out your dough while you do this) and bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and it sounds hollow.
9.) Coat with butter, let cool in pan for 15-20 minutes, and then remove from pan to let it cool on a cutting board or cooling rack.

I hope you enjoy this video. I had an hour of footage and I got overwhelmed so I stopped working on it. I finally finished it and I think I'm getting better at editing. Trying to even understand the slightest bit of what you went through is heartbreaking, but seeing and knowing you now has proven even further how resilient you are. I was almost killed me in 77 I'm 65 now still having surgeries not as much now but still. I to can not explain the pain.I had ship dropped on left hand didnt pass out because of pain I deal with.I had back ,neck both legs, pelvis,jaw 6 places all ribs right side, punctured lung,bunch of internal injuries.This happen 10:30 am.

hey,i saw the video,im happy you all survived that,after seeing the car you were in it was a gods angels that kept you alive,those injuries mustve hurt bad but you pulled through and didnt give up,im just wondering did the drunk driver get caught and locked up for this,hope he/she did glad your ok,hang in there dont give up and i saw on here your a singer thats good your doing that

My husband died from a drunk driver I cry everyday.. he died last year and im all alone with our kids I'm scard idk what to do
I'm sure you are an amazing mother. He is watching over you, he is still here with you. Everything will turn out fine. I know it's hard right now. My dad died 9 months after this video was posted. It gets easier to handle. <3

this isn't a drinking and driving, but in 2003 my friend and her sister were coming home from shopping and it was a head on collusion and my friend died from that accident I was at home and I got a call from another one of my staff ( I'm disabled ) my staff said that my one friend died did I want to go to the visitation her boyfriend and I never got along until that day I miss her
I hope your doing bet. I ride a dirt bike and won't to get a street bike but my mom is scared to death of me getting on one and she won't let me get one because my dad was hit on a motorcycle and almost died. And I now the consequences if things go bad and I'm willing to except them because I love riding but if I get hit on a motorcycle I have a very low likelihood of leaving ive had a friend crash one friends of friends died on one but it's life you only live once and if I died doing what I love I'm ok with it so live life to the fullest and life isn't measured in years it's how good those years were because the day you stop living is the day you start die'ing
Hey, First I want to say how thankful I am that you survived. I know you know I don't know you but it is a blessing that you survived and are still here. I'm glad that you had the courage to speak to the world about this. So far 13,310 people have seen this. That's 13,310 people that have heard your story. I'm curious to know you're doing now that it has been two and a half years later. I'm also not sure how often you regulate your comments I just hope you read this because your courage is encouraging. This drinking and driving issue has been an issue in my life this month. I have two friends; used to be three who have a drinking issue. I've been stuck in two different situations with the same friends this month. It saddens my heart. It makes me question my friendship with these people. The one who is the main influence has been deleted from my Facebook, and i will probably not even talk to him anymore. It saddens me how many people put alcohol before other peoples safety. It saddens me that my friends put their drinking before my safety. They say something like, "I am fine to drive. I just had one drink." But this one drink has liquor in it. I told my friend that I was going to call a cab and she said, "I can still take you home," as if I was going to cancel my cab. I still don't even think she is aware of why I left. Her comment is, "Every time we have get together's you leave early; as if that's her business. I've been wanting to SPEAK to her about this but she is to busy. This drinking thing has me questioning who my REAL friends are. REAL friends won't encourage a friend to get in a car with them after drinking. REAL friends won't even consider driving with another friend in the car. REAL friends listen when asked not to drink. I asked both of my drivers that I didn't want to die that night. Yeah I was exaggerating but I thought that comment would have alerted them about MY needs. And the sad thing is that this happened on Christmas night; The day of the celebration of Jesus' birth. Drinking, driving, and texting is not worth someone else's life. I mean, I'm not afraid to die. But I also don't want to die. I don't understand why the media considers this an "accident." This is NO accident. Sorry that I'm going on and on about this. It just really irritates me that my friends did that. You're probably 16 or 17 now. Although you experienced this horrible crash and pain and live every day with the memory, I want to tell you that I'm thankful you learned about this and have taken it to heart at such an early age. My friends are in their late 20's, just as I, and they still haven't learned. Take care!! And thanks for sharing this. I listened and watched the whole video.

Bethany, Great Video! I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you. God is with us everywhere at one time. Don't let anyone bring you and your family done. All the stares, laughs and anyone who makes fun of you should be ashamed of themselves. I was born with Seizures and Can't Drive. I'm ashamed of having the Disorder and lost a few friends.
