I really like listening to the sound of rain when I sleep. I remember when I was a child and lived in a poor house, when it rained, I had to go get a bucket to collect leaking rainwater. Every part of the house leaked. The sleeping area was covered with a rubber sheet on the roof. It rained heavily. Water accumulates on the rubber rain pad so you have to gently remove it slowly to let the water run out to drain the pillow. I'm poor but I don't have to worry about anything. Now that I'm older, my aunt is old and my brother is a slob, thinking about it makes me sad.
