Parkchester used to be a nice neighborhood back in the 60’s and 70’s.. Today, it might as well be bronxdale or bronx river or soundview or any other housing project with gangs, crime, drugs and all the other things that make people want to move the hell out as soon as possible.. The difference?? Several thousands of dollars………
