Vantagewest is a bank, period. They don't care about me, a member. They care about profits, period. They have sucked the life out of me this past week while trying to buy a used car. They do very little to help me. I would end my membership if I could, but they have a lien on my home, so I'm stuck with them. ........

Why is this company advocating teachers who don't get paid enough buying things for students? This should not be expected or normalized, and the fact that it made it into a commercial is disgusting.

Terrible company, hoa allows payment thru this company only. I set up auto pay and payments were always late. Scheduled auto pay earlier, they stopped paying the auto pay entirely. NOW: Automatic payment not paid Customer service does not know why. Many other similar incidences. In each of these times when vantage pays late "I" pay the late fee and take the credit hit.

I've been with Vantage for about a year, with my car lien. People, trust me, they are a fraudulent organization. Their policies are nothing but lies. Do NOT bank with them!

never use as a lender!unethical fact! My rate lock security deposit was not honored! rates went up, and they did not honor my lock in rate and I still have not received my security deposit back HORRIBLE!

Vantage West Credit Union =unethical! NEVER use as a Lender! even with a lock-rate $$$deposit to lock in a loan rate. at the last minute they did not honor the lock in rate!

Vantage West Credit Union is horrible!!!!!! Greed overrides All morality locked in a loan paid substantial deposit to lock in a rate only a couple weeks from closing Vantage West Credit Union said our lock in rate was not good because rates have risen

I bought an old Resistol western hat from a consignment shop, and the hat still had the original price tag on it. It seemed like it had never been used. It was made specifically for Arizona Hatters as the shop's name was imprinted on the leather inner strap. I brought the hat in to Arizona Hatters for cleaning and refitting to my head and Chung Trin (spelling?) is the one who did this service for me. She told me that my hat was about 20 years old based on the original price tag. I love the history of this shop, I love that Chung has been working there over 35 years and she as able to tell me about a hat that sold out of that shop when I was about 7 and she was working in the shop at that time. I hope you guys never decide to close this shop.
