I personally dislike the relationship between Giyuu and Shinobu. she is always trying to force him to speak when he has communication issues, therefore going against Giyuu’s boundaries and being altogether insolent and ruder than she portrays him as. Of course, they can relate to losing an older sister, but he also lost a best friend, which means he blames himself for TWO deaths- oh wait, don’t forget the best friend’s younger sister, that makes three. He’s got it worse and she disregards that and needlessly teases and bothers him. He constantly says he’s different in the way meaning he’s weaker (although he isn’t tbh he’s runner up to my favorite hashira meanwhile my favorite is solely because the favorite is ADORABLE), and she automatically assumes he means he’s better. Of course, HE’S being insolent rather than her. It pisses me off.
