@@SydewayzStan Your max jump range build is wrong and info you give is incorrect as well, and yet you are so confident in your nonsense. Mandalay can jump more than you showed in this video, and no you can NOT reach any system with it, even if it is not permit locked. There are systems out there reachable only with fleet carriers. If you are going to pretend to be badass at least check your info before you open your mouth 😉

The Sirius drives top out at 2,001c. Achilles Aerospace drives don't. SCO drives are made by Achilles.

@@Drawfill the Phantom is is still probably my favorite overall. It gets less jump range but for deep space exploration I’d feel better with it due to the better optional internals

The clipper is a fantastic core mining ship. I feel it has the edge for hunting for core asteroids since it has speed but I think for actual mining (charge launcher and disp. missiles) where you need lateral agility the T8 is a little better

I remember taking a year long journey out and back, was such a refreshing feeling coming back to the bubble and seeing civilization again.

Its jumprange is still very close.

And if you equip essential exploration modules (shield, vehicle hangar, bigger more efficient powerplant) then the Conda still wins.

I can already do 80ly unladen with my engineered Jumpaconda.. and thats without the SCO FSD... makes me wonder with the SCO could increase it too.. unfortunately I missed out on getting one, cause I fell and broke my arm pretty bad in September, had to have surgery to fix it, and still recovering.. Logged in to try to participate in attacking Cocijo, was able to fly through the cloud and got within sight of Cocijo at least a few times, but wasn't able to control my ship well enough to avoid thargoid attacks and kept getting destroyed cause I can't use my HOTAS very well, and fingers are too stiff for WASD... but... I tried... cause doctor and therapist said its good to keep trying my everyday stuff.

With the size and amount a FC can haul I think it's plenty.

@@UltravioletMangoOfficial yea this is just for max jump range. Under practical use my mandalay jump range is around 90 LY which is still fantastic

@SydewayzStan mine is about 86 but I haven't got the guardian fsd booster. I would prefer to wait and have someone help me with that.

It's because devs could'nt manage to optimize Odyssey for PS4, and i hoped for PS5 release, but it seems they dont have resources to do that in time

Even more reason to move over to PC :) You can find tutorials online how to build a gaming pc, buy parts used and build it yourself!

I ported from PC to PS4 to play with my friends and invested thousands of hours on console. I'm back on PC but I hate what happened to those who can't just go out and build or upgrade their PC. I get that they couldn't support PS4 or XBone anymore but due to the way PlayStation and Xbox had it setup they couldn't release the new update to only PS5 and Xbox Series S/X so they were forced to move on to PC only. I recommend you port your account anyway just in case you decide to go PC later.
